A | VIGO, Spain -- A fire in an apartment building that was reportedly occupied by squatters in Spain’s northwestern city of Vigo killed four people, including three children, municipal authorities said Wednesday.Emergency services initially said that all four victims were between 9 and 14 years old, but Vigo Mayor Abel Caballero later confirmed one of the victims was an adult.Medics evacuated nine other people to hospitals, emergency services for the Galicia region said. He clarified why the family still went ahead with the petition: “There was a 36–48 hour gap between my tweet and Aditya Dhar’s clarification. The petition was filed within that window.” Madhur maintains the family isn’t seeking compensation or credit, only transparency. “We’re not asking for anything. We just want empathy. If the film is inspired by him, acknowledge it. If not, state clearly that the speculation is incorrect. This is about respecting every family that has lost a soldier.” The family will consult their legal team before deciding next steps.
